2005 Lewis & Clark Commemorative Currency Set

I purchased this set as a gift for my son-in-law and I know he will be extremely pleased. The set is in absolutely perfect condition. The coins are all '2005' as advertised. The $2 bill is perfect. I can't praise these coins enough. I am going to give this set and the book "Undaunted Courage" by Stephen E. Ambrose to my son-in-law. The book is the journey of Lewis and Clark. If you are on the fence and if you are a history buff, you won't be sorry. At least I was not.

This set of coins and currency are a nice combination of the Lewis and Clark nickels, Sacagawea dollar, and $2 bill. A good addition to my collection.

First commemorative set that I've purchased and it's a pleasant surprise! Love the notebook enclosure that keeps everything looking pristine. This is an interesting glimpse at history and a unique keepsake that will surely get passed down. Great price too!

This would be perfect for any collection and would make a great gift item for children or grand children. All the coins are presented in a nice display set with information about the coins. For the price you really can't go wrong.

I AM NOT REALLY INTO COMMEMORATIVE COINS , BUT , THIS WAS A NICE SUPRISE , ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE, GO FOR IT .

I am new to coin collecting and I bought two - one for me and one as a Christmas present. The 12yo lad I gave it two was very happy to have received it as it meant something historical to him. To me this will be handed down for future family members so they can appreciate it too. Remember, coin collecting is a fickle thing and there is no guarantee it WILL increase in value.

I live in Oregon where Lewis and Clark ended their trip to the Pacific Ocean so this Set really hits the spot for me. I have been extremely happy with all the coins I have received from HSN so far. Several hundred in all. Thanks again HSN for another winner.

nice coin, currency set.

I like the set. The bill note is also in good condition only a small fold on the right lower corner. The write up and photo here on-line is some what confusing . You only get 4 coins not five like in the photo and mine are not from the P mint like it says but all are from the D mint. Two of my nickels are the same only with the obv. and rev. showing side by side and same D mint. I still want them to add to my other nickel sets. Just wish I could get the other nickles from the set.
