I know you get what you pay for this ring was beautiful but after 5 months of minimal wear the prong broke. Hsn refused to fix it or ship a new one. I always liked HSN BUT WILL NOW BE USING QVC FOR ALL MY SHOPPING ONLINE!! NOTHING BUT TRASH!! And I will be letting friends and family know about the poor quality items and very sad customer service team!!
