I started using Italian Beauty in 2002 with Shea Butter treatment butter for my elbows, knees and feet. BUT I cannot find this treatment butter on your web site. Are not offering this product now? I have tried Snow Drop treatment butter, but it does not help the darkness I have on my knees whereas the shea butter did. Would very much like you to bring back this product.

I am going through radiation for breast cancer. In the change and waiting room they ask you not to wear fragrant creams or lotions because they nauseate the Chemo patients. I have been using the elaria body wash and cream. Which doesn't have much of a fragrance. Could you make a rich emolient cream for these patients with such dry skin? My favorite is Pink Peony when will you get it back. Thank you,

Hi Amanda and Skip. Was watching your show tonight as usual when you are on. I am writing about the Ginger scent. I just finished the body cream and I loved it. Long lasting, wonderful scent. I do not see it in the inventory of HSN. Was it one that did not come back from the testing of scents, I think that is how I got that one?

Hi Skip and Amanda, I absolutely love your products!! My favorites are the black rice line (I have all of it) and the Shea Butter w/Sweet Almond Milk. For years I have been receiving ELARIIA LOCK INTO MOISTURE SHEA BUTTER A/S - Order Number: 308489368. I am very disappointed that his was recently cancelled. The 13.4 oz. of the Moisturizing Rich Body Cream is so creamy and beautiful, why was this cancelled? The New Year, New You is not as light and creamy. Will you PLEASE bring this back??

Recenlty, I bought into alot of specials. I wish I had a more private opprtunity to tell you the glass body balm in two Perlier jars had black mold and was rancid through and through. The rest are unopened. HSN, true to their 30 committment did not want to address this potentially serious and clearly toxic merchandise. They were unwilling provide any information where to send this. Your line boasts of purity and this should be of interest. Please advise.

I love your products, I give them away as gifts all the time. I would love to see more body sprays in gardinia, double latte, or shea butter. My husband misses the male product called Perlier Bagno Al Sandalo, shower gel. Will any of these products be coming back anytime soon. I would also like to see more bath gels such as Gardinia, Double Latte, Shea Butter, Lilac, or Pink Peony in the 33.8 ounce size bottles available all the time and on sale also. also: can you preserve the beautiful packaging with the boxes and glass jars, gold pressed designs on outside? some of the newer packaging is not as elegant for gift giving...still lovely but not as nice. Gift giving is one of the important uses for your products, although I have alot of your products for the enjoyment of ME! Enjoy your tv visits, your family is just lovely as your products! I ordered several of the Elariia products from HSN and especially liked the Blue Jasmine line. I was able to purchase the Blue Jasmine body powder but could not find the body cream. I went to the Elariia website and saw they had the body cream and placed an order on 06/29/09. Till this day I have not received the products and have been charged. I have tried calling and sending emails but cannot get a reply. You have a great product but I am truly disappointed that I cannot get the products

Are you bringing back any Shea Butter autoship programs? I have come to rely on this line especially during the long New England winters. My autoship program was cancelled with no notification at all by HSN. The kit simply stopped coming. I do not appreciate this lack of customer service. I have been in sales and marketing my entire professional life and would certainly communicate with my clients to alert them to any interruption in service.

Dear Amanda & Skip, I have not seen Elaria Oatmeal with Coriander and Honey kit for probably two years. I find the hand cream, but not any body cream. When will it be back? I do like the new Shea Butter. Some say the scent has changed, but it smells the same to me. Heavenly!!! Also, is the Shea Butter Acacia ever coming back. I have been dissappointed with my most recent shipments of the Honey Miel Cream Bath. The smell seems considerable toned down. Is it a planned change or not?

Dear Skip and Amanda I have been purchasing your products for years and I'm turly in love with the ones I purchase on a regular basis. One of them being Perlier Pink Peony. I purchase for myself, daughters, daughter in law and several friends. But since it is produced by Elaria, the body cream is not as rich, nor is the hand cream, the fragrance doesn't last, and is not the same.Please bring back the original!!! They feel the same as I do. We all can't be wrong.

I ordered the July TS in Honey Lavender but when I went to manage my Auto-Ship in My Account, I couldn't change the flavors. I thought that we could so I emailed HSN but haven't hear back. Hope this gets changed because I love being able to change the flavors online without having to call CS.

I love your diffusers. I got the Snowdrop, and my whole house smells wonderful. It even drifts upstairs. I just ordered the Vanilla Milk and Double Latte, and looking forward to those. QUESTION/REQUEST: Now this is going to sound silly, but...here goes. Have you ever considered creating a diffuser fragrance that animals like, that calms the stressed cat or dog? Not sure what that fragrance would be, but it would come in handy in this household of many rescued cats. Thank you.

I ordered the Honey/Lemon Autoship TS in July and was a little disappointed by the lack of lemon scent. I loved the Lemon Sorbet tang and will be mixing the two together until I run out of the Sorbet. I must find a replacement for the Ginger with Mandarian which I love. Are you really discontinuing that product line?

would you consider making this fragrance using hyacinth, italiam bergamont, peach and coconut,ylang ylang, jasmine, orange flowers orris root,sandalwood,vanilla, poweredmusk.it is actually 'escada by escada' which i have a hard time getting. i use all your products and would love to be able to get this scent from you.i have used this scent since 1978 when i first found it and have been faithfull to it ever since, i have my daughters also hooked on that scent . we need your help!

I just think if you were going to discontinue the autoship for Shea Butter, you should have replaced it with the new formula without a break in the autoship. If it had to cost a little more, at least let us try it and make a decision if we wanted to keep. But cancelling w/o warning was just so wrong! This has changed my opinion of IB drastically and I ordered a lot in the past! Not just the Shea Butter either. Please reconsider!

I agree with Wendy and Jeannie and others. Bergamot diffuser is one of the best ever! Kiwi Energy was great! Please bring it back with body cream. I love Blood Orange but it does need a true body cream and a spray. White Tea with Bergamot original formula was excellent! The new one is a weak imposter!

Have loved IB for yrs. I hope you aren't D/C the original Pink Peony. Would love to see 3L honey B&S gel, 3 pk. honey soap trio (rectangular), original vanilla and pink peony on auto-ship. Don't like the velour body cream or face cream tech. for body creams. Please make honey auto-ship in 6.7oz (for those of us who want a smaller jar) and in the original texture.

The sell outs and customer ratings for the new Perlier Shea Butter with Sweet Almond Milk clearly show that the change was for the better (perfect 5 star rating on the body butter). I've used both the Elariia and Perlier versions and find the new organic shea butter formulas to be far superior. The fragrance is the same and only slightly lighter in strength, which is much better. I prefer to wear body spray or perfume when I want more fragrance. Thank you!

It appears that statement doesn't quite fit the situation your customers have been facing since the beginning of this year. We (the customers) have voiced very strongly how disappointed we are with the improved formulas and it appears our requests have fallen on deaf ears. Is there a point when you would truly consider our requests, even if only for a limited time?

I too, just discovered that the Shea Butter autoship that I've had for the past 5 years has been cancelled. I am so disappointed that the old formula isn't going to be offered and even more surprised that I did not receive notification of the cancellation. I would have thought that there would been an option to replace it with the new formula (even though the size is smaller)just to try it. Does this mean that my Double Latte with the old formula will be cancelled too? Say it isn't so!

I recently came across emails from the old HSN board. SKIP you used to respond regularly which was great! A few flavors mentioned as 'in the works' in 07, Pear, Lime, Carnation, Cranberry. Also days before they shut down you loved the idea of making EDT for all Honey lines for Spring 08 and will make more matching sprays in general. Please update us on the status of these.

You say our input helps you deliver the items we love, but for months now, still no answers. Where is the original shea butter line? I tried the new Perlier shea butter line, but that one is also no longer available. Also, product sizes are smaller, filled with less product, but the price is the same. Our family income has been reduced, the economy is terrible, but this is the one luxury item I have kept for myself, and now I can't even get that. Very dissapointed.

Hello Skip and Amanda I never know that the White Almond is good for the skin. when I was a girl I use to see this tree call Almond and I use to play alots with this Almond we sure have alots Almond tree they are every where arounds Puerto Rico. I notice cream's with spf's are a bit on the heavier side. Keep up the great work....did I mention I Love the new blk rice line...Love your bath n body products also

Are your products all organic ? I have watched and purchased your products in the past so I know you use quality ingredients and add the honey after it is cooled and stuff like that but I don't recall you ever mentioning if your products are 100% organic or 50% organic etc. I am trying to eat organic as much as possible and make my home and skin care as green as possible so I am hoping that if your products to have any chemicals or additives that you are heading more and more towards being gre

I agree with Ginny, Victoria and others. White Tea Bergamot has changed drastically and not at all in a good way! I missed it so much and now feel worse that this lackluster version has taken the place of the spectacular original. And we need the EDT! So many of us have been begging for years - please grant our wish! Amanda, imagine if you no longer had a way to get Snowdrop EDT! :(

I use to love your line, but recently your new formulas are very much lacking in scent and fragrance. I sure hope the new Snowdrop formula does not fall short of the amazing scent I've come to know that lasts all day. I also think the term organic should include sulfate-free shower gels.

The changes made to the White Tea and Bergamot line, reduced fragrance and elimination of Olive Oil, has fatally flawed this line. Suggest that you eliminate it. Instead, introduce a new Perlier richly scented Tea & Bergamot Olive Oil line. This will be a winning combination, and will make your old and new customers very happy.

Please bring back White Tea Lemon, Bergamot sprays, Vanilla Lemon and all the Iles Vanilla sprays too. Also bring back full lines of Cotton Candy, Kiwi Energy, Wild Juniper. Please make a Lime line, Cranberry too! More bar soaps in herb and fruit scents and talc and EDT spray for all!

IB has reformulated and reduced most of the scent from their body products. This to please the customers who like light scents. I'm not among them. Please add more perfume oils to your products as you did several years ago. Then your products scented me, the bath, and my clothing for several hours. Now you can barely detect a scent, even when initially using a cleanser, lotion, cream, or powder. Offer two versions, rich and light fragrance. That way you please all of your customer

I too would like to add my voice to request the return of White Tea w/Italian Lemon, Wild Juniper and Kiwi Energy (sooo much better than the new Kiwi Lime which I didn't like at all). And how about a pure lime scented shower gel? Blood Orange, Lemon Sorbet and Pink Grapefruit are divine. Lime would be a wonderful addition. Also, EDTs and talcs to match these scents would be wonderful, as would a talc and EDT for Avocado & Lemongrass.

New Blood Orange is delicious! Reviews all mention they want the scent to be more lasting or have a spray yet they still give 5 stars! This is truly indicative of the importance of scent. We will still choose a scent we love but then beg you into eternity for a way to make it lasting. Please bring spray in Blood Orange and many others too? Seems this important aspect of IB is being ignored! White Bergamot, Avocado Lemon and all those fruit sprays you already have in Italy.

!!!!!ALERT IDEA!!! I saw the Royal Treatment show & saw the pet wipes. I went out by the pool & it was SO HOT & HUMID & I thought a cool, fresh scented wipe (not pet or baby) would be nice. QUESTION: Black Rice Platinum What is proper application of the night cream? Are both lotions applied simultaneously? If not, in which order? You should consider a different delivery method. The pump is not smooth and when pressed hard enough to obtain product, too much product is obtained and there is no way to return product to the bottle. Also, label on package reverse says to apply morning and evening. Day Cream: too heavy, wish there was less active sunscreen (almost 15%)

You have been talking recently about how you are switching to using organic ingredients (shea butter, for instance) in your line. I REALLY like that. Have you considered taking out all the parabens and sulfates, etc. (all the chemicals that aren't good for our bodies), too? That would make your products soooooooo much better!

Dear Skip and Amanda I have probably all of you're products and love everyone of them, but I did just purchase you're new Sage and Tea Tree starter kit. Love it, but when I opened the body cream it had two large air holes and when I tapped it down, there was at least 1/4 inch of the cream missing, usually it is right to the top, somehow during the processing, it got thru quality control. Just wanted you to know this for future complaints.

Like others, I feel it differs so much from the original line's scent it really should have another name. More like plain White Tea. Thank you so much for Blood Orange! Oh my goodness, what a delightful scent! One of your best ever! I'm sorry its so short lasting though! If you offered this scent in a diffuser I would buy a case and keep them all over the house! I would wear the diffuser oil if it smelled just like the lotion! Is there anything that can be done to make the scent last longer on the body without changing the scent at all? I hope so but I'll be looking forward to other products in this scent either way!

Listened to you Skip when you advised us to save $$$ on AS program by changing from Lock in Moistre to Honey & Lemon Bath & Body Kit AS...and was pleased. Listened during your last vist and changed my White Almond AS to White Almond Bath & Body Cream; and changed my Shea Butter Bath & Body Cream to Coconut Shea Butter AS. Sure I saved $$$ but the body creams were half the size of the original kits. Shouldn't have listened to you this time - shouldn't have cancelled original AS - very upset!

I don't understand what's going on!I have been using ur products for many years. I have adored ur floral prod. & relished the gadenia,rosa di magio, pink peony, wisteria etc. Everything is changing. U can no longer get complete sets of anything it seems. (e.g. u can get the talc, but not the body crm or the body crm but not the talc...)If I can't get a complete set in any given floral that i like then what's the point of buying them? (ever heard of layering?)I am utterly devastated!
