I am a migraine sufferer and very sensitive to fragrances. Your Banana Body Cream is something I can use any time to get the moisturizing benefits with just the slightest hint of fragrance. It is the staple in my IBB collection. If you are moving it out to make room for other products I wish you would reconsider this one since I am sure I am not the only one who needs this product and will be lost without it. Thank you.

ordered the snowdrop bath and body collection about a month ago.Loved the fragrance but would have liked more staying power as it fades after an hour or so.Perhaps a matching perfume would be possible. I was disappointed with the diffuser and had I ordered it separately I would have sent it back. The scent was lovely but too strong to start with and about the time it mellowed out the liquid was gone.It lasted about a month and the price was outrageous to replace it!

OK, what's up with all the sparkly things? Red Gold Eye/Lip has mica, as well as pomegranate shower gel, and the amber myrrh shower gel sparkles like crazy. Now I learn that the November White Musk TS is going to have a shimmer lotion. I've been waiting all year for a WM body cream. How about a choice for those of us who don't like to sparkle? Winter is coming on (even in FL), and I want a hydrating body cream--not a sparkly lotion.

Why so many additional shimmer lotions when many scents don't even have hand cream, talc or spray product? Seems unnecessary to produce these when you could make a fragrance-free shimmer dust to apply over classic body creams for those who simply must shimmer through life! From now on please no more shimmer without options to not shimmer in the same fragrance! Some of us just want good hydration. thanks

I've been waiting almost a year for an expanded White Musk line only to be disappointed with Shimmer Body Milk/Lotion instead of Body Cream in the upcoming TS. HSN can not seem to get rid of the Shimmer lotions on Clearance in other fragrances but the body creams sell out fast, so it makes no sense to bring more shimmer. Please include a body product everyone can use in the TS and leave the trendy shimmer as separate products.

These new minis are FANTASTIC! Wonderful scents but even more important this is THE best way for trying new scents! I've loved your mini sets but almost always have tried everything full size by the time they are offered in sets. The New Scents Mini set is such a great idea! Love the Perlier Papaya & Mango, Vineyards Nectar, Blood Orange, and Wild Fig & Cassis the best, absolutely delicious, can not wait to purchase whole sets, and the cream formulas are beautiful. The Vineyards Nectar deserves it's own unique spray, it's a very special scent. I recently tried your A&Lemongrass Cream Scrub, fantastic product. Pomegranate formula is WONDERFUL! Please keep this line and develop more with this same formula, especially body cream. What's the purpose of the mica in the pomegranate shower gel? In your Aug 08 VLOG, you state Carribean Vanilla would be back in October and I dont see it. I LOVE Carribean Vanilla-Cafe. LOVE IT! I am extremely disappointed. I bought the Pomegranate TS and it was oversold and a month later my order was still UNFILLED and then cancelled by HSN. Then I bought the Honey Lemon TS autoship and now I get a notice today that the order also can't be filled due to another oversale of the Honey Lemon TS. I have been using your products for about two years now and I love them. I just got back from Italy, my first visit. I went to visit my daughter and grandchildren (my son in law is in the US Air Force)and I was so very disappointed, my daughter and I spent several days searching for one of your stores and no luck, Rome, Venice. I had printed a location list of your stores from the the computer, it was so frustrating. Via Calmaggiore, 29 in Treviso was actually a shoe store. Where are they????

Carnation is at the very top of my wish list. I have always adored the spicy fresh fragrance of carnations. After smelling Gardenia, I know that if anyone can get it right it will be Amanda! I would also like to add my support of expanding the Avocado Lemongrass line and bringing kits more often. My daughter loves Avocado Lemongrass and I would like to be able to buy large kits for her, but you rarely bring them to HSN anymore even though all products in stock are Customer Picks.

I love two of your newest scents (Sage/Tea Tree Oil and Pomegranate), but I would like to see an old favorite revisited, AVOCADO & LEMONGRASS. This scent is my absolute favorite, and it is rarely included as a choice in any of the fantastic kits you put together. An ALG body oil and body spray would be FANTASTIC, also. Dear Skip: Last year you promised to work on bringing Avocado & Lemongrass to us in a Body Mist, on Auto Ship, and that it would be limited to summer. However Avocado & Lemongrass is sadly neglected. A&LG has not been a summer focus, no Auto Ship or expansion of the line has been offered, and only one Valentine Heart Trio and Botanical Butter has been shown this year. Amanda and Skip!! Loved the fragrance my home had after the last TS of snowdrops,,the diffuser smelled wonderful,,,,but only 1 week and the liquid has all evaporated already!! I am so sad! First HSN couldn't fulfill my order for the Pom TS from a couple of months ago. Now, my autoship for the Honey Lemon TS set also can't be fulfilled by HSN. There are inventory problems if you can provide the individual pieces on your own website and HSN but can't get the sets together to fulfill orders that already exist. I had to return my blackberry kit because it made my skin burn, itch and I even got hives. I have never had a problem with anything else from IBB so I was wondering what could have been in it to cause this reaction (I'm not allergic to blackberries.) I have always used the skin creams in the jar that have a thicker consistency. Anybody else have this reaction or any ideas? While I like the new blackberry fragrance, the size of products are so teeny! I would have never otherwise paid $21.50 for two puny bottles. I'm a bit disappointed. It seems as if prices are going up, and the size of product is going down. Also, heading into fall and winter, I had hoped for a richer moisturizer.

Sorry to say I am disappointed in CV Blackberry. I love fruits and I LOVE Perlier but I was expecting something different - more of a real body cream in a jar and bath cream to go with it. You made such a wonderful fruit line named FRUIT GELS. Apple, Peach, Currant, Pineapple and many other scents. Rich body creams which contained avocado oil and shea butter! PLEASE bring these wonderful Fruit Gels back to us? They are the best fruits ever made - ANYWHERE!

In Janauary of 2008,I had a serious accident and have 3rd degree burns all over my body. I spent a month in a New York burn unit. I was told by my doctors to keep the scar tissue hydrated with moisturizing lotions. I am constantly in pain and tried about 5 different drug store moisterizers with no visible or physical difference. My daughter's teacher gave me a get well gift of a big tub of Perlier Olivarium body cream. She always raves about it and purchased it from HSN.It is amazing, I love it!

I am on the trial and received the black berry but for some reason I just can't find out where I let you know if I like it. So I will let you know this way - I like it but I loved the lemon. This one is a little sweet but very nice. Please keep new items comming. I do have one problem though and that is that I have more product than I have body hee hee. Well, i have still not recieved the kit but i had also signed up for the customer program and i recently recieved the blackberry and i love it! It smells sweet and subtle. It's not overwhelming and the shower gel is great! I hope the pomergrante is as good as the blackberry, i cant wait to try it!

Hello, I've been using IBB for years and I LOVE it. It's the best thing on the market. I'm hoping you'll consider making some flavors with herbal notes. The fruits are nice but for me the only place I like peaches, strawberries and blackberries is in my mouth. So a little of the fruits goes a long way. I believe with all of IBB's mixing and brewing talents you could put together some beautiful herbal products. Maybe mix the herbs with the fruits to cut some of the sweetness.

The new White Musk is OK but nothing like the original scent. It doesn't last as long and doesn't draw the compliments like the original, nor does it seem as classy. I've been an IBB fan for many years & given many 5 star reviews. However, I'm very disappointed with the Pomegranate TSV I rec'd. Several years ago IBB had pomegranate products & I loved the fragrance. I was glad to hear pomegranate was coming back & hoped it would be the same wonderful pomegranate fragance you used to have but it isn't; I don't like the fragrance at all! Please, please return to the previous pomegranate fragrance (I also prefer the body cream to a mousse).

The only thing I would also like is a talc in this. I actually would like a talc in all the scents that I buy, but I keep changing my favorites so that would be difficult. Since I live in Arizona talcs are a must for me. This is especially necessary since my favorite perfumes have stopped their lines of powders.

On the old HSN Bulletin Board, Skip posted that he would try to bring back Carnation. Is there a chance we will seeing it any time soon? Also, Pumpkin sold out today after it was listed with the Beauty 5 Star Customer Picks! The Customer Voice voting was not working properly and many people did not get to vote in favor of Pumpkin. I, and many others, love it and hope you will give this uniquely warm and spicy flavor another chance!
