| | | Cheeseburger Pizza Tastes like a cheeseburger!

Makes: 1 8"-10" pizza
Ingredients 1 pizza dough recipe
1/4 lb. ground beef
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
2 slices American cheese
2 thin lengthwise slices dill pickle
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Kosher salt and pepper to taste Directions - Stretch pizza dough, place on cornmeal dusted board, peel or rimless cookie sheet.
- Brown ground beef with onion, salt and pepper in a sauté pan till brown. Remove, drain and cool quickly by spreading it out onto a large piece of foil or cookie sheet.
- Mix mustard and ketchup together in a small bowl. Spread this out onto dough like you would tomato sauce.
- Sprinkle top with meat mixture. Top with pickle slices and slices of the American cheese.
- Slide into heated pizza oven and cook for 12-18 minutes, or till desired color.
