Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp peeled and deviened
Wolfgang Puck fish Rub
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/4 cup Wolfgang Puck Honey Mustard Sauce
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons chicken stock or white wine
Directions
  1. After cleaning shrimp, pat dry with paper towels, sprinkle with oil and Fish rub on all sides.

  2. Heat a sauté pan over med heat.

  3. When pan is hot, add the oil, when oil begins to swirl in the pan add the shrimp.

  4. Cook shrimp undisturbed for 1-2 minutes or until start to curl.

  5. Flip the shrimp cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  6. Remove from pan.

  7. Pour off extra oil, quickly add the stock or wine while scraping up the bits.

  8. Add the honey dijon and cream. Mix well.

  9. Add the shrimp, serve at once.
