| | | Shrimp Dijon Serving Size: 4 Ingredients 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deviened Wolfgang Puck fish Rub 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil 1/4 cup Wolfgang Puck Honey Mustard Sauce 1/4 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons chicken stock or white wine
Directions - After cleaning shrimp, pat dry with paper towels, sprinkle with oil and Fish rub on all sides.
- Heat a sauté pan over med heat.
- When pan is hot, add the oil, when oil begins to swirl in the pan add the shrimp.
- Cook shrimp undisturbed for 1-2 minutes or until start to curl.
- Flip the shrimp cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from pan.
- Pour off extra oil, quickly add the stock or wine while scraping up the bits.
- Add the honey dijon and cream. Mix well.
- Add the shrimp, serve at once.
