Easy Oven Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole fryer cut up
2 tablespoons Wolfgang Puck Rotisserie Rub
1 medium onion -- sliced thin
1/2 cup Smokey Espresso Barbecue Sauce
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Wash chicken parts, pat dry with paper towels, rub well with oil, sprinkle rub on chicken skin side up.

  3. Place in a large casserole or roasting pan and cook uncovered for 45 minutes.

  4. Top chicken with onion slices and cover with Barbecue sauce, cover with foil and bake another hour.
