Daniel, Brown rice requires more liquid to successfully cook in the rice cooker. The instructions for brown rice can be found in the booklet included with your rice cooker. I'm not sure but I believe the liquid ratio is 3 parts liquid to 1 part rice. Don't forget to rinse your brown rice well. I tried looking for my instruction book but couldn't put my hands on it quickly.

I have the Bistro electric pressure cooker model #DYB250... my son borrowed it and lost the chord and the instruction book - yikes! I have tried emailing the company, but no response - anyone have a customer service email or phone number for the parent company? Help me!

I have the multi positional tri grill. I can cook anything from steaks to pancakes. It's removable plates are easy to clean too. It is so versatile with it's temperature control and it's ability to be used as both a grill or a griddle. I absolutely love it!!!

The breadmaker is NOT a winner. Sunken tops, hard bottoms. Been making bread for 20 years and nothing has been this bad. Huge holes in the bottom, can't make sandwich out of it. Even the recipe in the book forgot to tell you to add yeast. The only thing I like is the design. Unit breaks down and time does not reset. Batteries were supposed to keep the clock working? NOT! I love your other products, but this was BAD!

Have your cookware, love my pressure cooker - had a problem with place the gasket, but another HSN bulletin board poster suggested putting a little bit of vegetable oil on the gasket to aid in placement - eureka! that did it. How about recipes for gluten free/wheat free folks? We don't want to be deprived!

This is about the WP Breadmaker. Having a problem with setting the real time. I can set it, but when I make a loaf of bread (which is a whole other problem) and plug in the machine, the time reverts to 12:00 a.m. I reset the time and make the bread. All is fine until I attempt to make another loaf of bread. I've made four loaves, one of which was actually edible. Thinking seriously of returning this. Maybe because it's the first iteration. Perhaps should wait until second.

Hello, I want to thank you for having great cookware. I recently bought your 7 cup rice cooker. Can you make a tapioca recipe for it? All of the ones online and in cook books are for a Fuzzy rice cooker. I guess that is an extra setting between cook and warm with and on/off switch. I have tried quite a few of the recipes that came with your rice cooker. Thank you again

I am so excited to have received your bake and fill pans! I can't wait to try them. I am eager to try them and purchased a cake mix. I just realized that I'm not sure how much of the cake mix to put in each part of the pan or approximately how long to bake it. Do I need 2 boxes of cake mix or just one? Do I follow the directions for the 2 round 8 inch pans on the cake box? I watched the demonstration on HSN so I know how the pieces and finished product go together. Thanks for you help.

About the new bread maker..... I use freshly ground whole wheat flour which shouldn't make a difference and follow the recipe perfectly...but WHY does the middle of the bread cave in during the bake cycle?? Today was my 4th attempt and I'm so close to returning the machine..... anyone?

About your Electric pressure Cooker the writing wears off the lid when you wash it. You need to find a better way to print on metal so it doesn't wash off.

I keep a kosher home and need a substitute for powdered milk in the bread recipes and still produce decent tasting bread. What do you suggest?Additionally, if I substitute margarine (please don't groan) for butter, do I use the same amount of margarine as called for butter? Thanks.

I was soo excited when I saw Wolfgang was adding a new grill to his line of small kitchen appliances. I had been looking for one that has removeable grill/griddle plates and a multi-position hinged lid. I was sooo disappointed when I watched and learned that it only has one griddle plate. WHY? PLEASE make two! Thanks.

Hi I am Roy Hill and i buy alot of things off from HSN, my question is that item #257-783 Wolfgangs Grille griddle slid off from our side board when we were trying to wash it, and the plastic parts of the grille all broke, is there a way we could get some parts, to fix it as we do love it, thanks

Wolf I love your stuff all works great and I have a lot from cookware to appliances however could you please give us some better breaks on the cookware sets and stand mixer(would love to have that way too expensive) and free shipping (that's a killer) glad to see you finally got a bread maker but the same issue so expensive, love to buy and stay true to the Wolf, but the price is way too high
