1.75mm) shoulders is a prong-set, oval greenish-blue Madagascar apatite (approx.
8x6mm). An open gallery sits beneath the stone as round Brazilian white topaz
(approx. 1.25mm) are pavé-set in an X-shaped design over the shoulders.
