A round Russian chrome diopside (approx. 6mm) is prong-set in the center of the open teardrop-shaped pendant, which is lined with channel-set, round Chinese white topaz stones (approx. 1.5mm). Angled-square white topaz (approx. 2mm) are bezel-set at the edges as beaded metalwork swirls lead out from the center stone, wrapping around the pendant's edges.
