Serve with grated cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of green onions. Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 pounds Turkey breast filets, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 medium onion, diced 1 small can diced green chilies, optional 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup chicken stock Salt and pepper or ½ teaspoon Somersize Southwest Sea Salt Rub ½ jar Somersize Chili Colorado Simmer Sauce Directions - Place 8 quart pot of the Fast and Easy Cooker on medium heat. Add the oil and the turkey pieces and sauté until brown. Add onion and seasoning, and cook until onions are translucent. Add the green chilies, garlic and stock.
- Secure the pressure lid onto the pot and lock into place. Turn up heat to high until pressure builds. Once the pressure valve is elevated, set timer for 7 minutes.
- Turn off heat and slide to a cool burner. Carefully release pressure and unlock lid. Remove lid and add Somersize Chili Colorado Simmer Sauce. Return pot to medium heat until heated through. Serve warm.
