Don't like the fact that the footbed portion sticks out front at the bottom of the chair - makes it very hard to get in and out of this chair! Otherwise - it's good for a nap.

If I could send it back i woulod. But the person who put it together throught the box out. You have lots of parts. The after its done you have to use full force to gravitate. I am disabled. Don't have enough strengh to push back. Not for tall people. If you are over 5.4 don't get it. Your feet will hang over a lot. I wish I could send this product back!!!

i was checking in diferents web sites for this cain of chair and in many places similar chairs was no less than double or triple of the cost once arrived inmediatly i assamble and looks nice and feels good the vib. modes and looks like those expensive chairs thanks Tony L and HSN

I have to agree with the other poor reviews - my remote control was also missing,the chair is bulky and not very comfortable, since I don't have the remote control - I could not test the massage controls very dissapointed, I do not understand how HSN can promote such a bad product over and over again I have to give a big compliment to HSN customer service to solve my problem with the missing part

very uncomfortable after a month, now the seat is caved in! the leg rest never worked, I used it anyway shame on me! because I did not want to undo and ship back, I should have listened to my husband. Now I whant to send back its hurting me with my RA and no seat left but indentations
