Ingredients
1 bag Pita Bread
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Zatar
TT Salt and Pepper
Directions
  1. Cut Pita in half. Pull the pita in half.
  2. Cut halves again into quarters yielding small triangles.
  3. Toss with extra virgin olive oil, zatar, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in a 375-degree oven until golden brown and crispy.
