MOJITO POPSICLES
Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 popsicles (depending on size of mold)
Ingredients
popsicle molds with corresponding number of popsicle sticks
¼ cup lime juice
½ cup sugar
2 cups water
5 tbsp light rum
3 large mint sprigs, roughly chopped
Directions
  1. Mix lime juice, sugar, water and rum in a bowl, stirring well until sugar is dissolved. Add mint and pour into the molds. Freeze until hard and serve.
