Herbed Goat Cheese
Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
1 cup goat cheese or ricotta, at room temperature
½ teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh sage leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves, chopped
Salt, to taste (depends on saltiness of goat cheese)
Pinch of black pepper
Directions
  1. Place the cheese in a small bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Toss.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
