| Black Olive, Herbed Goat Cheese and Basil Oil Panini Ingredients 2 rounds of pizza dough (see other recipe) 1 teaspoon olive oil Kosher salt Black pepper 2 tablespoons Black Olive Paste (see other recipe)
4 tablespoons Herbed Goat Cheese (see other recipe)
1 tablespoon Basil Oil (see other recipe)
Directions Roll out one pizza dough as thinly as possible. Place it on a pizza stone and cook until lightly browned but not crisp (still soft and pliable), about 2 minutes per side. It should look like pita bread. Transfer to a work surface and cover half of one side with ½ teaspoon olive oil and one pinch each of salt and pepper Evenly distribute 1 tablespoon olive paste. Top with 2 tablespoons herbed goat cheese and then drizzle lightly with basil oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold the dough over and cook on the preheated Panini Plus™ on high for about 3 minutes. Serve immediately. Repeat with the remaining dough.
These can be assembled and second-baked just before serving. |
