Thanks Padma!!...this is our new favorite cookbook...everything is delicious and easy to prepare...dining/eating has become a new experience for us, a joy!!...esp. when using all the spices and sea salts from Padma...She is a master at cooking...Would highly recommend Padma's cookbook...
