Somersize Chili Colorado
Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
2/3 cup Somersize Chili Colorado Sauce
Hot salsa dip and sour cream to taste
Cheese sauce (optional)
Directions
  1. Place 1 1/2 pounds of beef stew meat into Somersize Slow Cooker Porcelain Crock (or one side of the Double Dish, if making something on other side. I recommend one of the cheese sauces from the manual). Place lid on and set to Low for 8 hours.

  2. Add 2/3 cup Somersize Chili Colorado Sauce and stir to combine. Serve with Hot Salsa Dip (recipe in manual) and sour cream..
