| | | MEXICAN PIZZA Ingredients 1 box dark rye (made in bread machine with dough only cycle) 1 can kidney beans, drained 1 package taco mix Somersize 1 container fat free cream cheese 1 envelope Somersize Ranch 1 large tomato diced 2 green onions chopped 1 c. shredded lettuce 1 c. Somersize Salsa Directions - Make dough in bread machine on "dough only cycle"
Drain beans. Place in a food processor with taco pack (half the envelope is plenty)
Puree until smooth
Mix the cream cheese with the ranch dressing envelope with a mixer until smooth.
Prepare all other veggies.
When dough is complete, preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Stretch dough to form a 12" pizza crust.
Place on a nonstick pizza pan or other baking sheet (if you do not have a non stick baking sheet, parchment paper will be perfect).
Spread the bean mixture over dough.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crust cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool a few minutes.
Spread with cream cheese ranch mixture.
Top with vegetables.
Top individual slices with salsa when serving. Note list |
