ALMOST LEVEL ONE

1 package Somersize Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 tablespoons Somersize Banana Syrup (or banana extract)
Perfectly Whipped Cream
1 Somersize Milk Chocolate Baking Bar - shaved
1 Chocolate Cookie Crust

Prepare pie crust in 9-inch springform pan according to recipe below.


Prepare pudding mix according to package instructions. Stir in 3 tablespoons of banana syrup (or 1 teaspoon of banana extract), mix well and chill in refrigerator.


Prepare whipped cream according to the recipe. Add 1 tablespoon of banana syrup and beat mixture until fluffy. Put in refrigerator to chill.


Once the pudding is properly chilled, pour into prepared pie shell. Pour the chilled whipped cream mixture on top. Top whipped cream layer with chocolate shavings.
