Easy Moroccan Chicken

PRO/FATS AND VEGGIES: LEVEL ONE
Ingredients
6 pounds chicken pieces, skinned
3 tablespoons Somersize Moroccan Sea Salt
or 1 teaspoon salt, 4 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ginger, ½ teaspoon saffron
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 large lemons, quartered
1 cup chicken stock
Directions
  1. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with Somersize Moroccan Sea Salt rub.

  2. Place all the ingredients into your Somersize Slow Cooker.

  3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Note
For Level Two
Add 1 cup of red olives. You can substitute Greek olives if red are unavailable, but the red olives are especially tasty.
