ALMOST LEVEL ONE

1 package Somersize Chocolate Pots de Crème Mix
2 cups heavy cream
Perfectly Whipped Cream
1 Somersize Dark or Milk Chocolate Baking Bar - shaved
1 Chocolate Cookie Crust

1. Prepare pie crust in 9-inch springform pan according to recipe below.
   
   
2. Following the directions on the package, prepare the Pots de Crème. Instead of pouring into the pots, pour into prepared pie shell and refrigerate for 3 hours.
   
   
3. Top with Perfectly Whipped Cream and garnish with chocolate bar shavings.
