CHOCOLATE FONDUE

The best part of any fondue part is dessert! Select your favorite type of SomerSweet Chocolate; White, Milk or Dark to make your favorite fondue. This Chocolate Fondue is divine with fresh berries and it has no refined sugars! Make sure to look for my jarred Somersize Chocolate Fondue. Just head and serve. Yum!
Ingredients
16 oz. SomerSweet White, Milk or Dark Chocloate Baking Bars
2 cups heavy cream
1 basket fresh strawberries
1 basket fresh blackberries
1 basket fresh raspberries
Somersize Flourless Chocolate Brownies, cut into 1-inch squares
Directions
  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place into a heatproof bowl.

  2. Heat the cream in a small saucepan just until it reaches a boil.

  3. Add the hot cream to the chocolate. Stir with a wooden spoon until chocolate is melted through.

  4. Partially fill the 1.8 quart fondue pot with 3 cups of hot water, then place the double boiler insert inside.

  5. Add the Chocolate Fondue to the double boiler insert. Cook on low heat.

  6. Dip berries or brownie squares into the warm chocolate fondue.
