Chocolate Cookie Crus
ALMOST LEVEL ONE
Ingredients
1 box Somersize Flourless Chocolate Brownie Mix
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) ice cold butter
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch springform or pie pan.

  2. Cut cold butter into small cubes. Butter must be very cold. Place cubes in freezer for 10 minutes if not thoroughly chilled. Place Brownie Mix and butter into the bowl of a food processor or blender with blade attachment. Process for 10-15 seconds or until mix has a smooth, powdered consistency. Pour mixture into spring form pan and smooth into even layer without pressing into pan (to avoid crust sticking to pan).

  3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Let cool and use with any pie recipe.
