¼ cup cold butter
¼ cup of chopped Somersize Baking Bars (optional) Directions - Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- With an electric mixer, blend the cold butter with one package of the brownie mix until it resembles cookie crumbs.
- Add the egg and blend until combined.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate.
- Using a teaspoon, scoop approximately 1" balls of cookie dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 12-14 minutes.
