Chicken Tomato Cilantro Soup

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken meat
4 cups chicken stock
1 can (28 ounces) Italian plum tomatoes, with juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
6 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients into your Somersize Slow Cooker. Cook on low for 2 hours.
