Please! When will Wei be back to bring that marvelous golden root mud mask?? I'm sure she must be bringing it....why would she tempt us so with those samples which have given me wonderful results....I can't wait...please tell me someone....when will we see her again? Thanks! Oh, I hope the golden root mud mask product will not be over priced. Times are hard and profit margins can always be adjusted to help consumers! Loyal, repeat-buying consumers, right? Thanks again.

LOVE the Golden Root Mud!!!!! Please bring it to HSN in GIANT tub, sold separately, AND on AUTOSHIP!!! Please keep up the good work and and know that we appreciate that you keep the prices affordable for those of us who love your product and want to continue to be able to buy them!

Please, please, bring back the Wei East Golden Root Mud. It is an absolutely fabulous product. I wold love it on AS but if not just bring it back. There are people clamoring to buy it. I have never used any product that is this magical. Well that's not quite true. I could list a dozen of Wei's products that are magical but nothing for evening skin tone like the mud.

I have a question for Wei - I want to know if the items that are in her line are paraben free - I would like to know the answer to that, since the ingredients of her line are not listed. I think it has become important that we as customers are aware of the ingredients that are used in the things that we put on our bodies.

I have been using the golden root ts for 4 days now & my face is broken out, blotchy & the skin on my right cheek is peeling off! What gives? I had such high hopes for this product. Has anyone else experienced this? I'll give it a few more days to see if my skin calms down, but I'm embarrassed to go out in public looking like this.

This is the first time I am writng a comment. First of all I love your products. However, I was very disappointed at your recent TSV on the Golden root. I order to of them I also did not recieve the multitasking cream or birthday surprise. I called customer service and the best they could do is offer me $10 on each kit, which does cover the cost of buying it seperate.

Wei I am so impressed with your products! When I seen your products on HSN in May this year I knew that your compassion and knowledge was something I had to feel on my face. I tried the Intesive Herbal Eye Treatment pads and they are the best!! I feel so refreshed afterwards, I have allergies and my eyes take a toll with the elements. I want to thank you for the China Herbal line and so does my skin. I hope you never stop making this skin care for us cause you are a real blessing.

I am trying Wei East for the 1st time. The Root Renewal system. No one said this doesn't include a cleanser, that would have been helpful! I used the toning pad with serum and then the night cream on my face. Oh my goodness, you'd think I just had a facelift! It felt wonderful. PLEASE offer a line or kit of products without perfumes I am allergic to many perfumes! Unfortunately, the daily renewal cream DOES have it and I can't use that.

I ordered 2 of Wei's recent Today's special Golden Root Renewal.It is supposed to include the Golden renewal pad ans serum,the golden renewal night cream and the multi tasking day cream with spf.I received them today and both boxes does not have the multi tasking day cream.I was dissappointed that I called HSN customer service.Sandy told me that she will request a follow on it.Please way replace my 2 day creams because I don't really want to return them.I feel like it is false advertisement.

I've been using Wei products for a couple of years and I love many of them, try the eyedreams you will fall in love. I first got in may 08 in a kit of many things it was my favorite thing I ordered again this last airing with some other things i cant wait to try. I love the lotus line its just great....by the way I still have eyedreams from may but I dont want to run low so I ordered again...

Wei, thank you so much for your mineral makeup!! I am a woman of color and also a makeup artist. Well I use so many products on my clients however the mineral makeups are not always what is shown on informercials. You deliver for all skin tones this is a great product for women who have fair skin, as I stated women of color and wonderful for Latina tones. Thank you Wei so much!
