The leather quality of this shoe is very nice. I love the detail on the heel and that it's not too high. It's sexy enough for wearing out and the heel is perfect for the office. It's also very comfortable.

I really didn't know what to expect because shoes never really look like the picture, but these are true to life! They are true to fit, I wear an 8, so I ordered the 8 and they are sssoo comfortable! The heel isn't too high and they are just wonderful. I will be shopping for Vince Camuto shoes from now on.

Did not experience problem with the zipper like others. Bought the black and brown pair because they were on sale. No complaints about fit or comfort so far. Four stars because of the heel height.
