These are a good fit, but the heels are to big,they go up and down When you wear a size 12 you get what you can, I do get a lot of compliments when I wear them blue and Tan. Were they men shoes?

Wide is wider in the heel than in the toe. That is the main problem. Zipper is okay, I did not have to use it to remove the shoe. Have to return.
