My husband bought this handbag for me. I love the design and the size. My handle broke as well. I called customer service and they only had it in pink at the time. Was told they would pay for the cost to fix it. Can not get it fixed can not find the pin that goes in the bead. I called Sharif in Long Island City, NY and they just send it and they would fix it no charge to me. They said did not care if it was 10 yrs old they would fix it. Restores my faith in his product.

I just loved this bag, ordered both colors. Problem is what good is a beautiful bag that falls apart? Picked it up one day and strap just came apart. Can't be repaired without detaching the lining.had to send both back. Really makes it hard to trust Sharif enough to buy another since this was my firstd experience with his products. Way too expensive to be having this kind of quality issues.

Absolutely Beautiful But Worried About Quality... DesertStar1, AZ Rating 4/18/2012
I purchased the blue denim it's beautiful. After reading the reviews I'm regretfully returning because I carry a lot with me and I am worried about the handles breaking, as they have with others. Really wanted to keep this but I'm too practical to risk a $200 tote being rendered useless. I hope Sharif will correct the problem and re-do this tote - it's gorgeous.

I truly loved this bag, it was beautiful! Then just like the other customers said, without warning the strap just broke off of the bag ! And I only had a few items in the bag nothing heavy at all. So sadly returned, I will still buy Shariff bags but hope he corrects this manufacturers flaw- this would have been a lovely collector bag !

Too dark... Reinatejana, NC Rating 4/12/2012
On tv the color looked bright and vibrant. When it got here, it is dark and the specks of black make it look dirty. I thought at first it was stained with something, then I looked at the photo again, and saw that the black specks and smears are on purpose. Odd, and too dull for summer.
