This bag is "eye candy", but needs better function. It is cheaply made. I was unable to return because I was traveling and missed the 30-day cut off.

The bag is nice however, I expect more for the price. In me eagerness to have this bag purchased the cream & black, I neglected to pay adequate attention when the bag was being described on TV. Had I done so, I would have known that none of the inside pockets are finished with leather or any trim what so ever, that the strap is not adjustable, and that the the bag has a single, rather than double, zipper, which, given the length of the zippered opening, would have been more convenient.

This is quality. The way the zipper is made is sign of TRUE quality because it doesn't have that awkward other end that you would have to hold to open or close zipper-is fully finished zipper areas. Love size of tassels and purse and extra shoulder strap. This is a "bring it back again" purse. Thank you IMAN & HSN.

Quality good but it was too big of a purse for what I wanted to use it for. Also, not worth the price compared to similar brands in the marketplace. Returned item.
