I received this bag about 2 weeks ago. I thought it was just what I was looking for. Its a beautiful color, I really love the styling and it was definitely the right size. Started a new job the day after I got it and took it to work. Had quite a few ladies, whom also love HSN, comment on how beautiful. I got home from work and looked as I put it down and the STRAP THAT ATTACHES TO THE BAG THROUGH THE HARDWARE HAD PULLED OUT! I only used it one day! How disappointing! Sending back...

Loved the look and feel of this item. Was just the type of bag I have been searching for but that all ended. After a few uses one of the straps broke from the metal tubelike clasp, saw how flimsily it was secured. Beautiful bag but poor qulity construction.

So disappointed. Even my 21 year old Son told me it looked "really cheap Mom". Sent it back. The inside lining was nice though.

I was at the grocery store and had the bag on my arm when I reached in to get my wallet and the handle completely came loose from the bag! I couldn't believe it, because I don't carry that much in my bags. I was really disappointed because I love the style of the bag, but it was just not good quality. I thought the leather looked and felt like plastic as well.
