I loved everything about this bag, except for the hardware which was so cheaply made, I can not believe it made it through any quality control. I am now afraid to ever order a Elliott Lucca bag again. I wish I could give ZERO stars!

Well- I am sad that I was not impressed by this bag. I was very excited to get it and even more disappointed when I did. The quality of the leather is nice- but the hardware choices they made desperately cheapen the bag. The bag is solid- but the style is dated. Too much gold and shiny stuff on it for me. I like much more edgy/rough/urban bags and thought this might be an "upscale" choice for me to have as an addition to my typical bags on hand. It's more "outdated" than "upscale".

The leather is wonderful. Nice quality. The chain detail is beautiful, however I feel the quality of the chain was not as good as it could of been. Overall this is a really good bag. I got the ivory and it's classy.
