Customer Service are you listening??? I ordered this bag in black THREE TIMES, each one with a problem! The first one had a defective hinge and left a gap on top when the bag had anything in it and I don't mean anything heavy. The second one had a cut in the leather right on the frame of the bag. The third had two cuts on the bottom og the bag!! Shame on you HSN or maybe it's Clever Carriage..not sure but I'm through. Sick of running back and forth to UPS and now I have nothing!!

I had to send this back- I ordered the pink- after airing this out for 3 weeks. It still smells SO bad, I can not wear it with getting sick from the smell-This bag is beautiful but the smell- chemical and I mean STRONG!! What a shame- must be just the colored ones... Still A shame!!!

I don't agree with previous reviews.My bag didn't have any odor.It's a perfect size for me. The reason why I give it 4 stars bcs inside it has only 2 pockets.I'm definetely keeping it.It's beautiful.

I have wanted a clever carriage bag since the 1st show. This bag is truly a work of art! I however could not justify the price,for myself. I think I would have,had it had a should strap as well. Beautiful beautiful bag!

Workmanship and materials are nice, however, style...not so much....looks like the same materials as what is at Dillards and at a much lower price and frankly the ones in the department store have more style. Just not worth the money.
