I certainly was very displeased with this item. I open the box and was very disappointed in how poor the leather looked on this bag. I sent the bag back the next day.

Poor workmanship. While the purse is leather, the leather handles bound with plastic and started breaking almost immediately. I was so disappointed I returned it and vowed to never purchase and Chi purse

The design of this bag was about what I was looking for and scaled well. I like double "flat" handled bags that can fit over the shoulder. Like the other review mentions the handles were showing cracks with bending and that was out of the box! I didn't trust for the money that I would get the wear and appearance I expected. Also would prefer a more practical color than the Pewter although it is a nice color. Returned.

I loved this bag, until the strap edges began to crack. It turns out that the handles are finished in plastic so it was returned. I was lucky to have the bag fail before the 30 days was up. But why not leave the edges alone and raw. Beautiful leather looks good no matter what. The plastic was a poor choice and Mr. Falchi should be ashamed. Plastic should be no part of fine leather goods esPECially on parts getting the most wear.
