I have to agree with other reviewers about the fringe. It looks like it is missing some, just not enough. Had it had more fringe I would have kept it. Sorry but it had to go back.

This bag overall is just too heavy. I continue to request that HSN includes the weight of handbags with descriptions. The details of this bag are great--gorgeous handle, but forget the fringle. It is not ample enough to really be part of the design. It says, "I thought about fringe but just didn't really want to add a true fringe statement." I returned the bag.

I received this bag a few days ago and there was nothing that I liked about the bag. It seems very cheaply made, the leather is stiff and feels cheap and looks like pleather. I didn't like the flimsy fringe either and the fringe is sparse on the bag. If you want a super nice bag which has wonderful quality leather, very chic fringe AND chain trim, try Shariff #146-004 which is currently on clearance for $139 and comes in 4 colors. Much nicer!

This is a quality leather, rich saturation of deep purple, gorgeous. I found it to be not too big, nor too small. Classy, with a western flare. That being said, I have only a couple of outfits that don't clash with the purple, so sad. I do love this bag. I got on waitlist for the cognac but don't expect to get lucky. I doubt I'll return this bag. Looks like I'll be shopping for some purple clothing and shoes to match it, how funny.
