Cute Utility Shoe, but strap rubs... SFChick, CA Rating 5/14/2012
Thanks to an earlier review, I did NOT order up a size as advised in the video clip, but rather a half size down. The fit is perfect. These are great shoes for standing /walking in all day. They are light weight & well made. They are very cute for Birkenstock-type shoes. Keep in mind the Birk. type does look kinda big and clunky, not very sexy or dainty. My only complaint is that the strap across the arch is rough- it rubs. I can see developing blisters there. Too bad. Lost 1 star.

Straps to long... siamese2663, ME Rating 3/2/2012
My foot is not high so when I tighten the strap to fit it touches the floor. I need medium but you don't make them to fit a lower foot. Although I did like the style.

We were told during the live presentation to size up. WRONG. This is my 5th pair I had to return due to this lack of accuracy. Absolutely unacceptable, HSN!
