I ordered this with another shoe from Bellini. When they arrived, I was sorely disappointed to see the wrong shoe. I called HSN, talked to an agent who knew right away that I had received the wrong pair of shoes, and with that, did an exchange by phone. While the item number is the same for both blue and "multi" which is what I ordered, after calling a 3rd time to confirm the style I was told they sent blue as multi was out-of-stock. I am really angry about the whole thing!

These shoes ran small and were very tight for a wide. The color shown was not the color I received. Back it went.
