Almost 100% in love with this bag...... DJR1, NY Rating 4/6/2012
It's a well-crafted, great- sized bag. When I first opened it, there were black strings at the base of the handles. I trimmed them off and they've not returned. I removed the Key Fob--perhaps in a metallic finish or a heavier grade simulated material it would be ok, but it looks cheap against the bag. I would have liked a bit more "sheen" on the black. To be honest, if it came in patent, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I love the cross body strap option. Overall, a classy, beautiful bag!

I was not happy with the size of the bag and the smell was the worst not a leather smell but it got on my hand and stayed all night it made me sick what is that, any way back it went.

beautiful bag BUT... meanbusiness, IN Rating 3/29/2012
The bag is well constructed but the opening is narrower than the base and I had difficulty placing my daytimer into the bag. Need to have better dimensions noted. If I had known the top of the bag was significantly narrower I wouldn't have bought it. Also the shipping charge was a SHOCK 11 dollars and it is fairly lightweight, what's the deal...

My bag has strings coming out of the handles after using one week. I purchased in Feb and put it aside until spring so I'm outside the 30 dayreturn policy. This purse was expensive to have loose threads. Wish I would have spent the money at Nordstom's instead. I wouldnot have had a problem returning. Sad...

I bought this handbag as a gift for my sister. She says this bag is 'AWESOME' - both beautiful and functional. She can fit all her 'stuff' in it but it doesn't seem overloaded. And she can easily find everything. I would say it's a winner!
