LOVE THE BOOTS! YES A LITTLE STIFF BUT YES THEY DO BREAK IN AFTER 10 STEPS..LOL. AS FOR THE LADY IN TN WHO THINKS HSN JUST CREDITS YOU BACK FOR DAMAGE ETC, THAT IS NOT EXACTLY TRUE. EXAMPLE ANTTHONY SIZES ARE ALL OVER THE MAP AND I RETURNED AT LEAST 10 ITEMS, I WAS TOLD I SHOULD FIGURE WHAT SIZE I WEAR IN THE LINE..LOL NO ONE CAN DO THAT WITH HIS LINE!!

They seemed comfortable at first, and then i took 10 steps...the upper edge of the boot digs into your shin and it KILLS! They are really stiff, and NO amount of break-in time can cure that...so uncomfortable, i sent them back (but it was outside the 30 day trial period)...Customer "service" suggested i give them as a gift. "To someone who likes uncomfortable boots??" i asked...oh, well. It WAS over 30 days, so i guess i was out of luck & stuck with the worst purchase ever.

I LOVE these boots,and for the price,what's not to love.I have them in black,red,bronze and lt.blue.I would love the mushroom but my size sold out.Why do some customers act like they do not know HSN's return policy?I read reviews of damaged or "used" shoes and not shipping back b/c of the s/h cost.HELLO...CALL HSN CS dept. and they will CREDIT you BACK if there is a damage problem.They also PRICE MATCH if you purchased the item within a time period of it being marked down.Just a phone call.Its VERY SIMPLE...

I got these in the mushroom, and the sizing was right on. The upper was quite stiff out of the box, so I left them unzipped an inch or so while I broke them in. They relaxed pretty quickly and now fit great! The rubber sole is good for winter weather, and the toe box is ample enough for thicker socks. They're very nice-looking. Even my husband said he liked them! Nice boot for the price!
