Not a good fit for me.... Design, GA Rating 4/15/2011
I am so sorry to enter a negative review for this product. The dress is very cute and nicely made. My problem is I am short waisted and it was still too short waisted for me. Therefore, I had to send it back. Serena does a good job so I hated to say anything negative, but I didn't want anyone else to have to return it.

This dress was the worst fitting I had ever purchased the top part fit fine but the bottom of the dress was wide enough to put two of me in it. Only paid 13.00 dollars on clearance so it wasn't worth postage to send it back. Very disappointed.

HORRIBLE color...It is a very pale blue and the dress has no design to it. It's heavy and the fabric is rough. It will be returned.

I've seen dresses with poofy, oversized skirts look fabulous. This one, however, looks like someone sewed a size 24 skirt on a size 8 bodice. Poorly executed and quite silly looking.
