I did not like this handbag. The handles are really stiff and doesn't stay on the shoulders. I was very disappointed with this bag. Don't know if I'll order another product from Serena Signature collection.

THE HANDBAG IS SHOWN AS BLACK - NOT BROWN LEATHER TRIM ON A BLACK BAG - THE BAG IS LOVELY, BUT I WAS LOOKING FOR A TOTALLY BLACK BAG - VERY DISAPPOINTED. SENT IT BACK!!

This design is classic and beautiful. The problem is the execution. I think she would have done better if better ( real leather and such ) materials would have been used. Sometimes synthetics just don't cut it but GREAT idea!

I ordered this purse in black but received a black purse trimmed in brown leatherette. It does not match the picture (black trimmed in black) and the video said the black purse and the brown purse was tone on tone which I thought meant the black was trimmed with black. I will return this item. I like the size and style so I gave it 3 stars.
