I order this bag last Fall and I still have it. I got the winter white thinking it would be more white but it is actually a strong cream color. It is very spacious and I have used as an overnight bag and carry on for short trips. The straps did wear overtime but not too much to where it was not wearable. I do think Serena could have made stronger straps for such a large bag...its so tempting to way it down. However, I got many compliments on the bag and its among my favs

I love my handbag however it was missing the Serena Signuture charm! That charm that usually comes with Serena purses gives it a more polish /sophiscated look.

i never recived the bag it looks pretty am now being charged for it way back in jan watch your bills that you dont get charged from something you never got

The look of the bag is great, and i even like the material and the color, (I got the winter white one) but the handles did start to give way after normal use for a couple days. had I paid full price for the bag, i would have had an attitude!

This is really a hot bag!! I got it in red and I didnt expect it to be as big but I love big bags and it is absolutely gorgeous!!
