Pretty handbag. BUT.........the handle broke off after 2nd use. ALSO.........the bag is not sturdy and does not carry much weight. PLUS........could not return to HSN after I purchase the handbag 2months prior . I expected a better product from Serena Williams. SUGGESTION: TEST BAG IMMEDIATELY TO ALLOW RETURN POLICY TO BE ENFORCE.

I purchased this handbag less than six months ago, the bag is beautiful and I love it, but it has not held up....the faux croc has cracked and is looking bad . I'm just very, very disappointed.....

It has great look to it. Well constructed and durable. But it is heavy and not a bag for every day. I bought it for business. Carry my laptop and papers in it and it's great. I would not recommend this as a purse nor will it pass for leather. I think I could find something similar for less money in a local store. I bought it in the brown.

When I got yhe bag it had a big wrinkle in it. I pressed it and tried all I could to get it out. It is a defect in the making of the bag although not noticable from a far it was bothering me. Once I got over that and started using the bag I love it I use it to carry my folders. I get frequent comments on the bag (all good). The wrinkle is still there but I love the bag anyway!!!
