I bought 4 colors and love the bags and colors. Hope more colors will be made. I also love to watch SERENA in her games. I first saw the bag on TV that she was wearing to a game and the next thing she was selling it...LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

this was the first bag i ordered from serena's line and i ordered it in charcoal. after going through almost every bag on the site looking for a grey bag, i came across hers. i was a bit hesitant at first, but i figured i could send it back if not happy with it. i was surprised to say the least when it arrived. i loved the size (am always throwing grandkids things in my bag) and the only thing i didn't like was the tassel which i removed right away. i would buy another one of her bags. just would hope that they were as nice as this one. often wonder what kind of quality assurance dept. HSN has as i've had to send a couple things back (jewelry)if they even have a QA dept. some of the items are just pure junk and no one should have to spend their hard earned money on such junk. i stopped shopping at hsn for a long while because of their poor quality of certain items. if they get on the ball and be sure everything meets a certain standard, i'll shop here more often.

I received my bag today in the Rose Cream, it is a large roomy tote that will hold a lot. However I expected & hoped for more of a cream color, it looked more bone or cream on the video & online thats why I ordered that color. It is more of a light peach or pink color but not a solid version of either color. the bag looks like it was cream and got spackled by light pink paint, in any case it is a nice design the man made material is very very soft which is good but my bag came to me very very wrinkled, it came folded in the dust bag & wrapped in plastic. I would return it but since I got it on clearance & dont feel like going to UPS I'm keeping it, it will be used this summer as a tote. to smooth out the wrinkles I stuffed it with paper from my other purchases, hopefully that will help. I'm sure the color wouldnt have bothered me if the bag wasnt so very wrinkled. I wish they'd shipped it better.
