In spring 09 purchased this bag in beige/rose, loved it and received many compliments. Kept checking for return of other colors for fall/winter, purchased olive color. Shoulder drop is perfect for me and I see nothing cheap looking about this bag. I do remove the fringe as I don't care for that added look. Never noticed an odor with the beige/rose but the olive does have an odor, took suggestion to put a fabric softener sheet in bag and expect that will take care of the issue. I would like to see some other colors for spring like orange, kiwi, yellow.

Not only was the bag very cheap looking (in charcoal) but too large to be of use. It looked more like a grocery shopping bag and certainly overpriced for the quality. I won't order Serena items again!

I've had a lot of bags and expensive bags at that! But this purse is so great for the money. I think that the style and quality is terrific for the money!!! I'm buying more colors! LOVE IT!!!

I purchased this purse in May when it became available. Everyone commented on how cute it was. I did not use it much but I did use it on a trip to a wedding this weekend and the grommets tore out and it just did not hold up. My purse was a bit heavier than I usually use but not as much as most purses. I never use much in it. They just pulled loose. Jst an expense for using a few times.
