First I want to say that this was probably one of the toughest things I've ever done. There were so many fantastic entries it was very, very hard to narrow it down to just 10. Thanks to everyone one of you for sharing your special stories and your wonderful work with all of us!
Our grand prize winner's scrapbooking page is so very creative using many wonderful techniques and materials. It also beautifully captures a magical moment. I love the fact that the picture, even with the embellishments, is still the main focus of this page. The only note I have is I would have loved to have seen some journaling and that's true with many of the entries. Remember that 2 generations from now when a great, great "someone" looks at your scrapbook they will also want to know who, what, where, and when – be sure to include the details!

#1293 Daughter Friends - It’s really nice to see designs with a different twist. I really like the word “friends” falling down the side of the page and the arrow directing the eye right to the most important part! |
