THIS PRODUCT ACTUALLY DOES WHAT IT SAYS. IT IS TRULY AMAZING. MY SKIN FELT SO SMOOTH AND CLEAN AFTER THE FIRST TIME I USED IT.I WOULD LIKE TO BUY THE RESURFACING CREAM BY ITSELF THOUGH INSTEAD OF BUYING THE WHOLE SYSTEM AGAIN.

I JUST STARTED USING THIS ITEM AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH MY SKIN AFTERWARDS. MY HANDS HAVE NOT FELT THIS SOFT IN YEARS. I AM NOW GOING TO TRY THIS ON MY FEET. BUT.... I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO SEE A BIG TUB OF THE MICRODERMABRASION CREAM. THIS IS WHY I BOUGHT THE KIT..... I STILL WANT THE EXTRA TOOLS FOR THE MACHINE.. BUT NOT THE FACE WASH ( I STILL LIKE SERIOUS SKIN CARE'S A WASH )

Incredible Product / , TX   5/2/2007
This product is amazing! Can't afford to go to a spa or a dermatologist? Buy this product! I've had serious skin problems over the years, and I think this system along with Adrian's Signature Club A over 40 Vitamin C products have really helped to improve the condition of my skin. When I use the system, my skin glows. I'm thinking about buying two more systems -- one for my mother and another for my sister for Christmas. Thanks Susan for bring this remarkable product to us!

Battery prongs broke / , CA   5/1/2007
I was wondering why my tool would go off and on depending on the pressure used, well tried to take the batteries out and guess what? the prongs that hold and charge the batteries broke off! both of them. I got in touch with customer service and they expressed thier condolences, but refused to do anything about it. I am trying to get in touch with Susan Lucci. I've ordered alot from hsn and I can't believe that won't do anything about this. Also I sure hope they post this.

I have the Microdermabrasion System and LOVE IT !! One problem is I needs more of the resurfacing cream. Couldn't you give us a bigger size jar. I don't need anything else just the resurfacing cream. Thank You, Sonja/Ohio

I WAS USING SERIOUS SKIN CARE X-TREME RESULTS,THIS PRODUCT WORKS 99 PERCENT BETTER AND MORE COST EFFECTIVE. GIVE MORE OF THE CRYSTAL CREME, IT IS GREAT.

This is one of the best products and does what it says. This makes my face feel so soft! I love, love, love. Wish that the surface creme would come in a bigger size though but highly recommend.

I love this product; However, Susan Lucci and HSN must do a better job of making the Microdermabrasion cream available for individual purchase! Currently you include 2.5 oz for face and body, not enough. Because of the volume that you are selling or could potentially sale; I would increase the size to 4 oz. and make it availabe for individual purchase at a reasonable price. This could potentially maintain and increase your customer base.

I have been using Youthful Essence Personal Microdermabrasion System by Susan Lucci for about a month now and I simply love it! The first day I used it my skin felt smoother and softer. I couldn't stop feeling my skin! I have noticed the fine lines around my eyes and on my forhead are less noticeable. I have just ordered Susan's moisturizing cream. I am over 50 and love this system. Keep it coming Susan!
