Saw the difference after one use!!! / , NC   9/17/2007
I'm a 36 year old african american woman who is just starting to see the effects of aging, plus I also suffer from adult acne and I couldn't believe the results, just after one use! My skin absolutely glows!!! I don't even need as much foundation because me natural skin tone is becoming smoother and more even. Trust me, I'm a low maintenance house wife and I feel like a queen after using this stuff!!! Kudos to you Susan.

this product doesnt do anything, except make my skin break out, maybe im sensitive to the product, but the tool dosent do anything but massage i guess, dissapointed and its not cheap for what you get

I have seen wonderful results using this product. I have noticed dark spots on my face diminishing and my skin tone apppers clearer and fresh looking. I would recommend this product to anyone.

But,$30 plus s&h for a refill? This is my second review,will see if this one shows up.The only way to have an excellent product is to listen to your customers.HSN,can you "hear" us? Sell seperately please,at a decent price.HSN sets the price & configurations after all.SSC offers duo pkgs.at great prices,what's the problem?

I did notice a difference in my skin. I am 41 years young and it evened out my skin tone a lot. HOWEVER, Susan....you really need to offer the resurfacing cream by itself in a larger container. Please listen to your customers.

I AM 54 YRS OLD. IVE USED THIS PRODUCT ONLY TWO MORNINGS. AND I FEEL SO GOOD. MY SKIN IS SO SOFT. AND THE FINE LINES ARE ONLY SHOWING LIGHTLY. IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I LOOK BETTER. MY MAKEUP GOES ON BETTER ALSO. IM A HARD SALE. HAVING SIX KIDS. I HAVE TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT. THANKYOU SO SO MUCH FOR THIS PRODUCT. ILL BE WATCHING FOR MORE. I WOULD SELL THIS PRODUCT IF I COULD. IM TELLING ALL MY FAMILY AND FREINDS ABOUT IT TO SEE FOR THEMSELFS.. CATHEY

I never use it because I can't get a 2 pk of the resurfacing cream for a reasonable price. Please stop trying to sell me all that awful cleanser & useless face creams or I'll be forced to switch to the Neutrogena knock off - seems pretty much the same to me.

I used the Microdermabrasion tool for two weeks and loved the results; however, the tool stopped working and hsn will not send me a new tool. It was a present, so it was used after the 30 day time limit from purchase. I can't believe that hsn will not stand behind your product. I would have given the product a 5 except that it broke and I cannot fix it.

Skin Never Looked Better    7/22/2007
My skin never looked better! When people start noticing and complimenting your skin then you know for sure the treatment is working. I know there were complaints about the auto refill kit. I too, would like to see a larger cream, however, HSN offered this kit $10 cheaper than the YEssence Website. I use a drugstore exfoliant with the tool for the rest of my body...works great.

I purchased this system a while ago and I noticed a difference in my skin immediately.My pores got smaller.My expression lines diminished.My skin is softer and a little firmer.It is not uncommon for people to think that I am in my thirties.I will be 45 later this year.A youthful face is in important to me and this system delivers.
