THE ROUND SPONGE APPLICATOR CAME APART I LOOKED ON LINE TO SEE IF I CAN ORDER THEM BUT IT COMES WITH A KIT IN AUTO SHIP I DO NOT NEED AUTO SHIP IT WOULD BE NICE TO ORDER THE PRODUCTS WHEN YOU NEED THEM SEPORATE NOT IN A KIT

Compared to buying the product directly from Youthful Essence this is a good deal - for just the refill & 2 round sponges + SH I spent $45.90; now I can save $10 and get the extra sponge & face wash too. I would like to see a kit that has 2 of the refill creams & 4 sponges so I could use the product more often in the extra areas (shoulders, hands, etc) without having to buy the product more often.

Larger size resurfacing cream    2/26/2007
I also love this product but wish we could buy just the resurfacing cream in a larger size too, and not on the auto ship. I want to be able to buy it when I need the cream.

Resurfacing cream available by itself, please! / , IN   2/23/2007
I don't use the cleanser or the triangular sponge. Why can't we have a refill kit that consists of say, two regular size resurfacing creams and 4-5 sponges? The more we need to order refills or get them on auto-ship, the more S&H charges we have to pay! You're forcing people either not to buy this product, or buy the comparable Neutrogena system which is much cheaper, more readily available and no S&H, with the same results.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT- THE PROBLEM THAT I HAVE IS THAT YOU DON'T GIVE ENOUGH RESURFACING CREAM AND THE REFILL KIT DOESN'T INCLUDE THE TONER! MY FAVORITE PART OF THIS KIT WAS THE TONER. IT COOLS THE FACE AFTER THE RESERFACING CREAM. WHY WOULD YOU GET RID OF IT? I HAD TO GO ON EBAY JUST FOR THE TONER. IT SEEMS IF YOU START TO SELL A PRODUCT AS A KIT- YOU SHOULD SELL ALL THE SAME THINGS IN THE REFILL. LADIES- CHECK OUT EBAY

It is sad to read some customers are not satisfied. I really love Youthful Essence. I ran into my ex-boss and commented that I am trying to stay young. that was a wonderful comment and made me feel great. thank you Susan.

Susan Lucci listen to customers!!! I would like to get this product but neither HSN or your website offer enough Resurfacing Cream. the tax and shipping we pay through HSN is quite high there are no free shipping offers so is quite a rip off. customers out there your local pharmacy sells the same kit as SL under the neutrogena brand with the refill by itself try it and end the fiasco of the Resurfacing Cream. best of all? no shipping and handling

While I do think the original Kit is a good product, the refill kit seems to only prove again, that We always end up paying outrageous prices for the needed refills. I will NOT buy the refill kit and If I am to continue to use the Microdermabrasion System I will have to use it with another, less expensive, cream. Come on Susan Lucci, you might be able to afford these prices, but it's quite a hit for most regular hardworking American women who just happen to make up your public.

As with other reviewers, I liked the product but when it comes to reordering, my enthusiasm wanes. As a result, I looked into Dr. Jeannette Graf's product line as I love her skin care; wonderful news...she has a Microdermabrasion Kit (Item #200-226) that's absolutely wonderful and the price is right! Although you don't need a machine to use her product, I decided to keep Lucci's and use it with Graf's products and I love the results. Hope this is helpful gals...we need to stick together!

Ordering the cream / , NY   2/12/2007
I absolutly love this product. I too also wish you could order the cream by itself or offer a larger size. It's not practical to order things in a set that you don't need yet. You should make it easier to order individual products as needed. Otherwise I love this product.
