I love the tool & resurfacing exfoliant, but agree that they should sell the scrub separately & in a much larger portion. My sponges also ripped away from the base. Until the people at Youthful Essence start listening to it's consumers, I will start buying the exfoliant & sponges on auctions sites as there are sellers who offer each individually.

I love the Youthful Essence dermabrasion system, but like others, use only the sponges and the dermabrasion cream. The face wash, brushes, etc. get thrown away or given to the thrift store. I've started using different brands of cream because you can find just the cream and at a cheaper price. Pleae please please, start offering the cream, face wash etc individually. I really hate buying something just to throw it out. It seems such a waste!

I AGREE WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS REGARDING MICRODERMABRASION REFILL.....SAW PRESENTATION AND WENT ON LINE TO ORDER JUST THE CREAM. THIS PRODUCT IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN A KIT.........DON'T NEED OR WANT ANOTHER KIT.......WILL BUY ANOTHER EXFOILIATING PRODUCT TO USE UNTIL SUSAN LISTENS TO HER CUSTOMERS. ALSO, THE SPONGES SHOULD BE MADE TO STAY ON THE APPLICATORS!

I don't need more sponges or some liquid wash I don't want to pay for. I simply want the exfoliating crystals. I use my Youthful Essence on a regular basis, but always run out of the crystals. Why not offer a two-pack of the crystals instead of items which we don't want and can't use? If I added another $10.00 to my purchase of Item #180-502, I could buy another entire unit of Youthful Essence. Please consider your customers and listen to them.

I agree with the ladies below. I wish to buy the product WHEN I want it without the cleansers- I am SOOOO SICK of EVERYONE dumping the un-needed cleansers in these kits! I - WE - want and NEED a LARGE jar of the micro. creme and one for the FEET and BODY, too! Please listen to us and untill then I too will look elsewhere for the creme. What a shame, I really loved the results I got with this,too!

I would give it 5 stars if I could purchase a larger quantity at a reasonable price. I don't use the wash so I would end up paying nearly the same expense as a new kit for a small cream and add'l items I don't want. PLEASE listen to your customer base and offer the cream in a larger size with a couple of sponges for a reasonable price. Please give us what we really WANT and USE. In the meanwhile, I have chosen to go without the product and am trying out alternatives from competitors.

Got the complete kit for Christmas and love it. $29.95 plus $5.95 shipping for 1 cream and cleanser that I do not use is too much money. Why not double the size of the microdermabrasion resurfacing cream and sell them by the two pack. Until you make this change I will not be using the system again. It is really a shame when you have a good product such as this one that you make its continuing use costly and prohibitive to many of your customers.

I have to say, when I first received this product, I did not like it at all. But I did't use it for several days to begin with. I just started using it one day the last couple of weeks, but used it 4-5 days in row, and WOW. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW AWESOME MY SKIN FEELS. Now I love it and use it 1-2 times per week. PLEASE BRING THE RESURF CREAM ALONE/ AND LARGER SIZE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have super soft skin, and smaller pores, YEAH!!!
